Reading all of this just honestly made me sick to my stomach. If people can be this blindly stupid and blatantly racist, then I don’t know how the fuck they survive. Not to mention the person asking, “Is all black people this racist?” Wow.

The first time I saw V for Vendetta was a few months ago, and being the overly emotional person I am, I broke out crying near the end of the movie. This was before I started having serious discussions with my sister about capitalism, constant capital and variables, the need for reform and improvement. What I gathered from the movie were mostly thoughts about how amazing it was that so many people had gathered (the point at which I started crying), how I didn’t like seeing things being blown up, or people’s faces beaten with batons, and how cruel and disgusting it was for V to put Evey through torture.

Activist were peacefully protesting on their campus at University of California, Davis Quad.

Friday afternoon police showed up in riot gear to disperse the protesters by using pepper spray at point-blank range.
